Refund policy

 

We do not accept any changes, returns/refunds, exchanges, or cancellations of orders for the customer's convenience.


When placing an order, please carefully check the details of your order, including the title, artist, songs recorded, whether or not a special player is required, size, color, quantity, and specifications.


However, for customers outside of Japan, except for the following products, if separately applicable laws and regulations require otherwise, and if the requirements specified in the laws and regulations are met, and within the period specified in the laws and regulations (in the EU and the UK, within 14 days after receipt of the product), please contact us using the inquiry form specified by us. In this case, the return of the goods shall not be subject to the terms and conditions of this Article. In this case, the customer shall bear the shipping and other costs associated with the return.

  • Products that have been used once
  • Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
  • Products that have lost or damaged the product package (bag, case, etc.)
  • Products that cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.

In addition, the Company will not accept cancellation or reshipment of items returned due to the customer's relocation, unknown delivery address due to an address entry error, long-term absence, non-payment of customs duties, etc., unless otherwise specified by the Company.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for the product price, delivery charges, and various handling fees. Please confirm your shipping address and estimated shipping date before making a purchase.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages due to the above reasons.

We will accept returns or exchanges if the reason is caused by our company (damaged or defective products, etc.).
The return period is within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please contact our customer service with your name, contact information, order number, the name of the returned item, and the reason for the exchange. We will contact you with return/exchange instructions.
In this case, we will bear the shipping costs for the return/exchange.

We will not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases, even if the reason is caused by our company.

  • Products delivered more than 8 days before.
  • Merchandise that has been used even once
  • Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
  • Merchandise that has lost or damaged the product package (bag, case, etc.)

If we are unable to secure a good item for exchange due to being out of stock or discontinued, we may cancel your order and refund your money.
