Shopping Procedures
Membership is required to use the Store. There are no fees for membership.
Before signing up, make sure that your device is set to allow email from the domain 【@mga-officialstore.com】.
1.Membership sign-up
In the menu, tap the "My Page" icon.
- Smartphone: The person-shaped icon ("Login" button) at the bottom of the menu that appears when the "≡" symbol ("Menu" button) at upper left is tapped

- PC: The person-shaped icon at upper right on the page

Enter an email address that will be used as your Member ID, then press the "Send" button.

A 6-digit code will be sent to the provided email address.
Enter the code to log in.
The issued 6-digit code is valid for 15 minutes only. If more than 15 minutes have passed, please begin again by entering your email address.
If you do not see the email message containing the 6-digit code, check your junk mail folder or spam folder. Also confirm that your email software is set to receive email from the domain 【@mga-officialstore.com】.
Subsequent logins will also require the issuance and entry of a new 6-digit code. You do not need to set a password.

2.Product selection
Select a product to be purchased and press the "Add to cart" button to place the product in your cart.
Please note that adding a product to your cart does not yet reserve available inventory for the purchase. Inventory will be reserved only when the order is confirmed.
Because orders are accepted from shoppers worldwide, some products may not be available for purchase even though they can be added to the cart. Your understanding is appreciated.

Press "View cart" to see the products currently in your cart, together with their quantities and prices.

3.Checkout
After adding all products to be purchased, press the "Proceed to checkout" button.
Please read the Terms of Use and check the box if you consent to the content.
You cannot place orders without providing this consent.

If you are not logged in or have not yet signed up for membership, enter your email address to log in or to sign up.
On the "Purchase" screen, carefully confirm that products, quantities, and monetary amounts are correct.

Reference☞ ShippingThe name, address, and contact information that you initially entered will be saved as your member data, and can be selected when making future orders. You can review and edit your member data from the "Profile" section of "My Page".
After an order has been placed, the shipping information cannot be changed even by contacting Customer Support. If your shipping information has changed after placement of the order or if the information contains errors, you must contact the shipping carrier after shipment.
To prevent non-delivery or significantly delayed delivery, please make sure to enter information accurately.
Cancellation or reshipment cannot be accepted for items that have been returned due to reasons including non-payment of customs duties, long-term absence of the customer, or unclear shipping address caused by relocation or incorrectly entered address (with the exception of cases in which the shipping address is in Japan and the customer has requested reshipment in accordance with the Terms of Use).
Please be aware that the Store cannot be responsible for any items lost due to the reasons noted above.
Please note that phone numbers may be shown in international format on some pages.
(Example: The phone number 090-XXXX-XXXX in Japanese domestic format has the international format +81 90-XXXX-XXXX.)
For DHL shipments to countries/regions outside Japan, please enter information using single-byte alphanumeric characters (Roman alphabet).
For EMS shipments to countries/regions outside Japan, information may be entered in the Roman alphabet, Chinese (Simplified/Traditional), or Korean (Hangul). Other languages including Thai and Arabic are not supported. Please see details here.

4.Order confirmation email
A confirmation email message containing details of your order will be sent to the email address that you provided.
This email message serves as a purchase receipt. If a paper receipt is required, please print out the email message.
5.Email notification of shipping
When your order has shipped, a notification of shipping will be sent by email to the email address that you provided.
You can track the shipment through the shipping carrier and the tracking number noted in the email message.

CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray discs, vinyl records, merchandise, and more by Mrs. GREEN APPLE are available from the Store.
Region codes
- Some DVD discs, Blu-ray discs, games, and DVD-Audio products are restricted to use in specific regions by region codes. Region codes are set for both players and software, with playback possible only if the codes of both match.
- Before purchasing DVD discs, Blu-ray discs, etc, please confirm that the region codes are compatible with your player.
- All DVD discs available at Mrs. GREEN APPLE OFFICIAL STORE have the region code "ALL", and Blu-ray discs have the region code "None".
Special products
- Depending on the destination country or region, purchases and delivery may be restricted or prohibited by laws, air transport restrictions, etc.
(Affected products may include items containing batteries or electronic components, foods, and other prohibited exports/imports.)

The shipping carrier is determined automatically based on the purchased products and the shipping destination. Requests by customers for specific carriers cannot be accommodated. Your understanding is appreciated.
Requests for post office branch or shipping carrier branch pickup cannot be accepted, even if an address for these is provided in the shipping destination field during order placement.

Orders that include one or more merchandise items will incur the above shipping fee regardless of the order amount.

Permissions, regulations, and customs clearance rules pertaining to product purchase and delivery vary by the country and region of the shipping destination. Please confirm these on your own before making a purchase. Please note that the Store is unable to accommodate requests for cancellation, return, or refund for reasons related to the above.
Shipment of some items to specified countries may not be possible. Such cases will be noted within the selection of shipping method after information on the orderer has been provided. If shipment would be difficult due to circumstances pertaining to the shipping carrier or other global circumstances, an order may be canceled even after it has been placed.
For shipments to China, parcels for which the storage period has been exceeded or for which payment of customs has been refused may be disposed of by customs authorities. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for parcels that have not been received by the customer due to disposal by customs authorities.
Shipment tracking
The shipping carrier and shipment tracking number are provided in the notification of shipping sent by email when the order is shipped.
To track shipment status, enter the shipment tracking number into the shipping carrier's parcel tracking service.
Shipment information can also be viewed from "My Page" after the order has been shipped.
Shipment tracking may not be available for some shipment destination countries.

Product delivery
A signature is required to accept delivery of a parcel.
If delivery was attempted during your absence, please follow the instructions on the notice of attempted delivery left by the shipping carrier.
If your order has not arrived within approximately one week after receipt of the notification of shipping sent by email, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Pre-ordered products, made-to-order products, etc.
Shipment starting dates and release dates (estimated delivery dates) are noted on product pages at the time an order is placed.
Regular products
For products that are in stock, orders are generally shipped within 3 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
Reshipment
Cancellation or reshipment cannot be accepted for items that have been returned due to reasons including non-payment of customs duties, long-term absence of the customer, or unclear shipping destination address caused by relocation or incorrectly entered address (with the exception of cases in which the shipping address is in Japan and the customer has requested reshipment in accordance with the Terms of Use).
In such cases, the product price, shipping fees, handling fees, and other charges will be borne by the customer. Please confirm the shipping destination address and the scheduled shipping date before making a purchase.
Please note that the Store bears no responsibility for any parcels lost due to the reasons noted above.
Packing slip
A packing slip (statement of delivery particulars) is sent with your order for confirmation purposes. As the packing slip is required in order to request a replacement in the event of product defects or other issues, please keep it in a safe place.

(2) Enter the verification code sent via SMS to complete your purchase.

Changes after Order Placement
Changes to details of order / cancellation
After an order has been confirmed (i.e., payment has been completed), the Store cannot accommodate any changes or cancellations for reasons of customer convenience.
Please carefully confirm that all details, including title, artist, track list, player requirements, size, color, quantity, and specifications, are correct before proceeding to payment.
Split / combined shipping
The Store is unable to split a single order into separate shipments. Items will be shipped together on the last shipping date of the individual items.
Similarly, the Store is unable to combine multiple orders into a single shipment.
When pre-ordered products are ordered together with regular products, all of the items will be shipped together on the release date of the pre-ordered products. To receive delivery of the regular products on an earlier date, please place separate orders.
Returns and exchanges
The Store makes every effort to ensure quality. If you have received a product that is defective or different from what was ordered, the Store will replace it if you contact the Store via the Inquiry Form within seven (7) days of receipt of the product.
Requests for replacement cannot be accommodated when made eight (8) days or more after receipt of the product or if the packing slip has been lost. Please inspect products immediately upon receipt.
For customers outside Japan, the preceding may not apply if the requirements of separately applicable laws and regulations are fulfilled and if you contact the Store by providing required information via the Inquiry Form within the legally specified period (i.e., within 14 days of receipt of the product in the case of the EU and UK).
Customer Support will provide information on procedures for return or replacement. In such cases, the shipping costs for replacement will be borne by the Store.
If a replacement product cannot be secured due to lack of inventory or discontinuation, the Store may cancel the order and issue a refund.
Depending on the condition, etc. of the product to be returned or replaced, the Store may not be able to accommodate the request. Please see "Other notes" below.
Refunds
In general, requests for refunds cannot be accommodated except in unavoidable cases.
Depending on order status, inventory availability, handling of defective products, etc., the Store may cancel or refund payment.
Other notes
- Safely store the packing slip that was included with your delivery.
- Safely store the product (including any box and accessories), enclosed materials, bonus items, event participation tickets, or other tickets. Returns or replacement may not be possible if any of these has been discarded. Your understanding is appreciated.
- Defective merchandise can be replaced only if the item has not been used. Items that have been used or washed even once are not eligible for return or replacement.
- Items that have been damaged, stained, or broken by the customer, or items (including product boxes and accessories) that have been returned in a condition different from that at the time of delivery, are not eligible for return or replacement.
- The Store cannot accommodate replacement of products for reason of playback issues on devices (PCs, game consoles, etc.) that do not support the media.
- If a product arrives in damaged condition, keep the box in which it was shipped. If you suspect that the damage may have occurred during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier immediately. Please wait for contact from the shipping carrier regarding whether replacement can be accommodated.
